At Luxebony Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines for our refund process:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of products received. Any refund or exchange request after 15 calendar days will not be honored. 
  • We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, dye, cut, removed from the weft or processed etc) in any way.
  • The hair should be shipped via the registered air mail.
  • The shipping fee will be not refunded.
  • Buyer should be responsible for the Paypal handling fee, customs duty fee.
  • Please contact sales@humanhaircn.com to obtain the return address.

Exceptions:

Some products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons or specific conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.
